went to melanie's 17th birthday yesterday. friend from primary school. it was fully awkward. all these people from oatley campus that i didn't know. and she just had music playing and some finger food in her backyard and you were just meant to sit there and chat or something. or get drunk on alcohol you were meant to bring yourself. or amuse yourself looking at guys trying to breakdance. and it started raining a bit as well. i just spent the whole time there feeling awkward and talking to amy who was mostly smsing. *sigh* i felt so lost
