went out to star city with melissa today..this friend i haven't really talked to/met up with since she left after year 4 =.= wasn't too awkward considering we sort of kept in touch during that time though. collected $3 from the $10 credit they give you for joining membership. dodgy dodgy pokies. didn't even know what i was doing. you just press random buttons and wait for your credit to drop. arghHh. swearing off pokies now. and gambling for that matter. although i want to invest in shares sometime in my life. for some reason i feel it's..more secure..just sit back, relax, and watch your money grow. *kachiiing* $.$
but yeh, it's all good i guess. like, free membership. and you get a total of 3 free drinks per day from these 'refreshment stalls'..stuff like coffee, hot chocolate, sunkist, sparkling water. 'hot peach tea'.. but wtf no diet coke or diet sprite?? shame on them. they had pepsi though. but my friend said it's pretty gross..dark un-sparkling liquid. ergh.
and you get discounts around star city. restaurants and stuff. just don't drag me in to gamble.
later went up to town hall, down george st, to capitol theatre at the neat little jap restaurant there. machitaro or something? pretty nice. and cheap keke. we weren't that hungry so we just had this plate of california rolls and a side dish of seaweed. all up below $11 ^^ crazy friend of mine pours in a little soy sauce n mixes in the ENTIRE FUCKING BIG CHUNK OF WASABI they give you. and she eats it with a straight face. and i'm like..tears in my eyes, choking and all o.0. next time i eat jap w/ her, i get my own little mixing dish..
went round to reading, no good movies...
went to market city and paddy's, shopped around, refrained from spending spree due to planned spending spree due to begin on the 20th after i recover from jetlag.
went back up george st to kinokuniya...
went home, watched tv
