it's finally opened. unique among its kind; gaining such credible titles as the latest, the only one worldwide which is served by a spectacular mountainous backdrop and ..teh smallest to date =.="
i've just been watching the official opening and today's patrons looking impatient for half an hour until the gates opened. been amusing actually. almost everyone, being typically overzealous hong kong people, literally RAN as soon as they got through.
oddly(?) i'm not overcome with anticipation. all that mystery and fantasy and those sensations of excitement and yearning surrounding this theme park i had as a child.. has died =( i can envisage myself going purely for the sake of it, yes. yet at the same time i can also imagine the reality of my exasperation when i'm faced with crowds, massive queues, and outrageously inflated prices.
