so this morning the main computer crashed.. i.e. no music, no transactions =(

there was a notice in the diary to give a call to head office if this were to happen.. and/or if the computer fan wasn't working..so i did.. and received instructions to "use something to poke the fan to give it momentum" ..................................o.O
